Summary :
Ichigo Kurosaki had always had the ability to see spirits, but his life as a high-school student was pretty normal, until he met the shinigami (Death God) Rukia Kuchiki. After Rukia is injured protecting him from an attacking evil spirit, Ichigo gains the power of a Shinigami to protect his family. Thus begins his duties as a death god, defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife.
