Summary :
Kamen Rider Spirits can be separated into four different arcs, each focusing on different Kamen Riders. The first arc follows the original nine Kamen Riders. No longer a team, they have all gone their separate ways. After discovering the Black Pyramid group in Egypt, Kamen Rider V3 makes a discovery that leads to a new empire of evil.
The second section of the manga is known as Kamen Rider ZX: Forgotten Memories. Its main focus is the introduction of the new Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider ZX. It gives the character a completely new story, ignoring his origins in the Kamen Rider ZX TV special. The evil empire known as BADAN also makes their first appearance here.
The third section of the manga is called Kamen Rider ZX: Dragon Road. The story now has shifting focus but still relies heavily as Kamen Rider ZX as its main character. It follows Kamen Rider ZX finally joining the original nine Kamen Riders and their reunion as they face a new evil empire.
Kamen Rider X: Childhood Road is the fourth and current arc of the manga. It follows Kamen Rider X and his connections with the new evil empire that the Kamen Riders are currently fighting against.
