Ok, I'm going to try and explain this in pieces.
First, I think this kind of manga is called gag manga? It makes little sense, and it really isn't supposed to at first.
The main character appears to be a male dilinquent that no one can remember, he's over shadowed by his friends. The other main characters are 4 girls, each seem to be kinda otakuish at the moment. They call themselves by the names of the weapon they use to hit the main guy and his two buddies. One uses a stungun, one uses a bucket of water, one uses a sand covered fist, and the final one uses a moe pose (don't ask).
I'm assuming that a plot will actually develop, which will make this not a gag manga?
The main guy was black mailed into joining the girls' school club, so hopefully a story will spawn.
