Summary :
Touma is an MIT graduate who comes back to Japan because he wants to know how it feels to be a high school student. On the other hand, Mizuhara Kana is a strong girl who loves sports. Together, they partner in solving cases that happen around them.
Two characters with opposite personalities: Sou Touma, a boy genius who graduated from MIT at the age of 14, but lacking in empathy and any social activity; Kana Mizuhara, high-spirited girl who is incredibly athletic, and very concerned (to the point of interfering) about others' problems.
Both of them work together (mostly Kana dragging Touma into it) in solving mysteries, combining Touma's excellent deduction and Kana's social ability. They solve various cases including murder, thievery, fraud, and even domestic problems.
