Summary :

While Yoshino Takigawa is visiting his friend's parents and sister grave, he is met by Evangeline Yamato, a woman looking for his friend, Mahiro Fuwa. Mahiro left a month ago to find his family's killer without any clues as to who it might be. Evangeline informs Yoshino the two places where Mahiro has been spotted have been quarantine due to an epidemic. As Evangeline questions Yoshino while pointing a gun at him, Mahiro suddenly appears and stops the bullets in mid-air, thus saving him. Mahiro claims to be the assistant of the strongest sorceress, Hakaze Kusaribe. The sorceress promises to help find his family's killer with her magic so he can kill them himself. Mahiro informs Yoshino about the epidemic, a curse that turns living things into metal, and claims that hakaze kusaribe cause it and that it's just the beginning.
