Summary :
This story is about Azuma Kazuma, a Japanese teenager who enters the bread world right after middle school. When he was a little boy, he met a baker who taught him how to bake bread for the first time, and opened little Kazuma's eyes to his godly given gift in baking, 'solar hands'. Kazuma's hands are warmer than a normal person's, helping the yeast ferment faster and he has a knack for inventing breads and giving a whole new meaning to baking. He goes out into the vast world, and makes many friends but many enemies too. This manga is the perfect blend of comedy, puns, and baking. Each character reveals a touching story as to why they started baking. A must-read!
