Summary :
Pokemon Adventures/Special is an adaptation of the Pokemon video game series from Nintendo. It follows the adventures of trainers based off the main characters of the different games, starting with Red and his Bulbasaur, joined with his rival Green (US: Blue) and the Squirtle thief Blue (US: Green), followed by Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal in Johto, and then Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald take over, followed by Diamond, Pearl, and Platinium in Sinnoh. It began in late 1996 and has been going strong since with 30 volumes released to date with over 30 unserialised DP chapters and one Platinum chapter. More will be released as soon as Platinum is completed.
